Introduction to the institute
The Higher Institute of Administrative Sciences in Osim is located in Al-Warraq Corniche Road - Al-Manashee Al-Balad, Osim Center.
The Institute is affiliated with the Al-Mutawasim Association for Social Services, which was registered [No. 5006] in 2002, and it is currently affiliated with the Sefat Al-Shakerin Foundation for Social Services, which is registered with [No. 9836] in 2015, delivering its activities and services all over the country.
The institute postponed conscription (109) for males, according to the decree of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military (No. 109) for the year 2011.
The Institute has two study departments:
- Department of Administrative sciences (Accounting Division - Administrative Division of Financial Institutions).

The Institute’s administration has made a cooperation agreement with the Information Technology Training Center (affiliated with the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics) to arrange a training in the field of information technology and various administrative fields; where this service is provided free of charge to faculty members and members of the supporting staff (assistant teachers and teaching assistants), in addition to the employees of the institute.
After obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education, the administration of the Institute seeks to establish a unit at the Institute of a special nature under the name (Training and Human Development Center), in accordance with the text of Article (No. 307) of the Universities Organizing Law and its Executive Regulations, and Article (No. 119) of the Institute’s Study Plan issued by Ministerial Resolution (No. 409) of the year 2011, to serve the surrounding community.
The administration of the institute periodically conducts an opinion survey with parents and students in order to measure their satisfaction with what the institute is proposing.
