The Academy was established by the decision of the Ministry of Higher Education No. 53 of 1999 on 16/5/1999. The name of the owner: The Association of Educational and Social Services in Akhbar Al-Youm, under the announcement number 4556 on 9/9/1998.
It is located in 6th of October City - Fourth Industrial Zone - Akhbar Al-Youm Press Complex Building on a surface area:
- Area of educational buildings:
- The new building: 14530 square meters (77.70 m × 187 m).
- Old building: 4,601 square meters (50.7 m × 90.75 m).
- Stadiums, green areas and spaces: 42917 square meters.
