The Higher Institute for Administrative Sciences was established by Ministerial Resolution 1009 of 2012

Al-Manzala Academy for Science and Technology, a pioneer of special education in Egypt, is a higher education institution project in the Northeast region of Dakahlia Governorate, Al-Manzala City

The Academy includes three higher institutes:

The Higher Institute for Administrative Sciences in Al-Manzala was established under Ministerial Resolution No. 1009 of 2012

And the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Al-Manzala (under construction)

And the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Al-Manzala (under construction)

The cornerstone was laid and the necessary feasibility study was presented to the Ministry of Higher Education in early 2007

The Academy operates according to the highest local and international quality and accreditation standards

Ministerial Decree No. 1009 was issued to establish the Higher Institute of Administrative Sciences to be the culmination of scientific institutes that the Academy includes as the first university education institution in the region.

Al-Manzala Academy for Science and Technology, with its educational facilities, aims to provide specialized scientific cadres, raise the level of education and scientific research, provide modern scientific disciplines, prepare specialists, technicians, and experts in various fields and achieve its goals and the needs of the developed community.
