October University for Modern Sciences and Arts MSA

In 1996 till present Professor/Dr Nawal El Degwi established and directing the Modern Sciences and Arts University (MSA) per the presidential decree no. 244 for 1996, and chairs MSA’s Board of Trustees, with the mission to pursue educational excellence and provide the best educational offerings in all disciplines, based on the application of the latest technologies, with a tendency not only to react to change but also to lead it.

MSA University is currently the premier provider of British Higher Education in Egypt. On the same year she was nominated a Member of the CITA Accreditation Board of Schools in USA and the Middle East.   • IT Services - The MSA mobile application empowers the university's mobile communication strategy, as today's students are dependent on their smart phones for text, email, social media or calling throughout the day.
  • Libraries - MSA central library provides approximately 1,700 square meters, the central library is two-floor with interior stair. The library is furnished with a modern desks tables, benches and shelves of books, periodicals and graduation projects. The hall to view a capacity of about 800 users, central library is equipped with central air conditioning, sound system and a special library and equipped with the latest communication rules of international specialized data devices. The library also provided with computer devices which is high efficiency and connected courses. Internet access is available to all users of the students and members of the teaching staff and their assistants up to 125 device.

  • Learning Centers - English language program to help learners from the community, both insiders and outsiders to develop their English language skills, Dental Committee DCMSA is a MSA student-led NGO that unlocks critical qualities in dental students through learning from practical experience in challenging environments. Together with IADS we facilitate a global exchange in the form of professional clinical internships and research programs, Bioequivalence Center, Quality Assurance & Accreditation Center.
  • Student Activities - Events, developer student clubs, arts soldiers, science club, career events, creativity and activity club.
  • Arts - The Cultural Department is mainly and basically concerned with developing the students’ abilities as it digs for talents and hobbies of students regardless of their majors. It’s a way to create a fully rounded personality, with a positive attitude to their society, family and themselves. Hobbies satisfy the needs of the soul, thus students will have a bright side to look forward to achieve through culture.
